You can now open a ticket on the support page. After sending you get a link; the reply appears on that link. We never ask for an email, and the app opens the form with your account number already filled in.

Three locations to start
Düsseldorf, Meppel and Thessaloniki are live. They are our own servers, keep no logs, and the app picks the fastest one for you by measuring latency on your device. More locations will be added as demand grows; the list on this site is read live from our panel.
